We repair, refurbish, and replace all models of Eurotherm drives and inverters including:
Eurotherm offers variable speed AC drives for simple machines from 0.18 to 4kW. There are also complex machines 0.18 to 15kW, and heavy-duty models from 0.37 to 630 kW. Also, Eurotherm gives you variable torque from 0.75 to 800 kW and variable speed from 0.75 kW to 1.5 MW.
The Altivar range possesses advanced functions like integrated PID and multispeed. These functions can increase productivity. These drives have the advantage of easy communication with other components by employing the Modbus serial link. They also leave a small carbon footprint as heat is absorbed into the machine frame.
Eurotherm also manufactures DC drives that are used to control DC shunt and DC permanent magnet motors. Eurotherm gives you a greater choice of DC drives than any other manufacturer.
The DC range has more than 50 models with armature current ratings up to 2250 Amps. For higher armature currents (up to 4000 Amps) Eurotherm produces a Digital, DCstack driver unit with external thyristor stack. Both the Analog and Digital, 1 and 4 quadrant, variable speed drives (VSD) have an internal field controller and universal speed feedback inputs (pulse encoder, tacho, and armature voltage).
There are also Analog DC Drives. The din-rail mounted analog Series (ER-40/680/1220) is produced for armature currents from 3.4A up to 12.2A in both 1 and 4 quadrant, non-isolated and isolated versions. The panel-mounted analog Series (ER-3200i and ER3600XRi) is made for armature currents from 4A up to 48A in both 1 and 4 quadrant isolated versions.
Eurotherm also manufactures Digital DC Drives. This range is one of the most powerful on the market including 2 quadrant (most ER-PL models) and 4 quadrant versions (all ERPLX models), internal field controller and fully programmable function blocks, and soft wiring. (ER-PL / ER-PLX).
Also, many predefined application function blocks are made as standard for winders, section control, and diameter calculation. Armature Current outputs are on offer going to 2250 Amps. Besides that, the optional Fieldbus communication gives comprehensive system integration.
