The Fuji 5000G11 drive gives you all the power you need along with multiple functions. The unit gives dynamic torque vector control with excellent motor command.
The client can choose from a constant torque application (G11S) or a variable torque application (P11S). These drives lessen the instability of the motor when it is operating at a low speed and have the option of tuning online.
The G11S is meant for 1/4 HP up to 600 HP, whereas the P11S is arranged for 7.5Hp to 800 HP AC drives or variable frequency drives (VFD).
Key features include:
A top starting torque of 200% at 0.5Hz or 180% for 40HP or bigger models.
Manages flawless acceleration and deceleration in the smallest time for the load
A high-speed CPU immediately responds to a sudden load change and finds the regenerated power to change the deceleration time. This automatic deceleration function lessens the inverter tripping.
Feedback control with PG allows the inverter to carry out “vector control with PG” by adding an optional PG feedback card to manage better performance.
